They also went the extra mile to unscrew the legs of my sofa, and then screw them back on when we arrived, so the legs wouldn't get scratched. They did everything from wrapping the furniture neatly to protect it (plastic/ blankets) and they were also very quick unloading. The gentlemen were also very friendly and professional. All of their equipment looked very clean. They were extremely efficient, very neat, and very skilled. They were extremely careful with my delicate furniture and put blankets around everything. they wrapped my sofa up so it would be completely protected. They were very quick- they didn't hesitate for a second they knew exactly what to do. Ottos moving and Storage did a FANTASTIC job handling my move. As for pricing they are very affordable, and very willing to negotiate and work with me to save money on a move. When my moving date was delayed twice, they rearranged their schedule to meet my needs right up to the minute.
